User with 'Admin' rights at installation level can create any new users whereas Admin in that plant can create new users. There are multiple user roles like management, supervisor, operator, regulator and guest. As per the user roles they will get access to different features of EnviroConnect.


User roles

A user role is decided at 3 levels -


User type - OEM or Customer, OEM user has access to entire installation, whereas Customer user has access to designated plants. For Regulator user, user types are CPCB or SPCB. For SPCB user, State has to be selected. Accordingly accessible plants will change.


User role - There are multiple users roles like - administrator, management, manager, supervisor, engineer/operator, guest and regulator.

As per the user roles they will get access to different product features. Standard user access matrix is given below. But this is database driven and may be changed for a specific installation on customer request.
