To schedule Stack calibration.


To define Stack analyzer calibration:

1. Click on Calibration then Stack analyzer and then Add

2. Select Plant and Device and click on Submit

3. It will open the page as shown below:


  1. Enter schedule name
  2. If Default checkbox is clicked, this schedule is shown by default on user initiated calibration screen.
  3. Select the variable (to initiate calibration)
  4. Due Date and Time: Select first due date and time. After this calibration will be initiated after defined interval
  5. Interval {Days}: Frequency of performing calibration in days.
  6. Duration {Min}: Duration of calibration in minutes.
  7. State: If checked, calibration schedule is active and calibrations are initiated. If unchecked, calibrations are not initiated
  8. Check list: This is place holder for adding a checklist which is displayed on user initiated calibration screen, User is supposed to ensure all points in checklist before initiating calibration
  9. Factor1 and Factro2: Not used
  10. Enter the Sequence Steps details as required:        

State: Use to enable/disable the step.

Time: The minute (from the beginning of calibration) that this step will start. Start with 0 if command should be sent when the calibration sequence starts.

Mode: Zero/Span/Sample. This indicates whether the step is for Zero mode (0 concentration of particular parameter in controlled gas) or Span mode (full or 100% of calibration scale concentration of particular parameter in controlled gas) or Sample mode (calibration is complete and analyzer now gets the emissions which it is measuring)

Select Operation: Operation to be performed in this step. Available operations are

       Write variable: For this operation, user has to select a variable in next drop down and select its value in text box. System will write this value in analyzer when this step is executed.

Analyzer Command: Enter the command to be sent to analyzer in text box.


5.  Click Save.
